| On Saturday, October 31, a 50 year reunion dinner was held by the Class of 1959 at the York Function Room, The Bowlers Club, Sydney. 79 ex-students attended, many of whom had not had any contact since the previous reunion 25 years ago. MC for the evening, Warwick Franks, entertained us with his amusing stories of various aspects of our school days and encouraged others to share their memories. The function was a resounding success with an almost unanimous vote to hold another reunion in five years time. The following morning almost 50 people attended an Open Morning at the school for morning tea and a visit to the Heritage Centre. A cheque for $800, to be used in the Heritage Centre, was presented on this occasion.
