at Parramatta High School

Welfare & Discipline Policy
Our school has a very comprehensive Welfare and Discipline Policy helping us to create a safe and happy environment for all students and staff.

Parramatta High School has always had a strong Anti-Bullying focus and all staff are committed to providing an anti-bullying environment.

Speak Up - A
guide to dealing with bullying and harassament

Bullying is a repeated, deliberate act to hurt someone physically, verbally or psychologically. No one is expected to put up with being bullied. If it happens to your child, please report the incident to a teacher, Year Adviser, Head Teacher, Deputy or Principal.

Don’t put up with bullying for weeks or months before telling someone.

As part of our anti-bullying strategy, students attend performances which use music and theatrical devices to offer practical solutions and strategies to take control of their own behaviour.
