How Does It Work?

We've made the process QUICK and EASY! Once you sign up, you'll follow our step-by-step "Getting Started" online guide. You'll use our professional template to create the New Home Presentation. Here's an overview:

  1. Enter your company's profile which includes the company address, sales copy, phone number and logo.
  2. Next you enter your profile. Upload your photo and logo, fill in your name, address, phone, email and website and add sales copy about your services.
  3. Once you and your company are set up, then you set up your affiliates like builders or lenders you frequently work with. Again, you'll enter their company information and logo first, then a specific contact person(s) within that company.
  4. You have the opportunity to create a list of community attractions. You'll add a small paragraph about the location, a photo and their website address. We recommend using text and images that already exist on those sites to make it easy.
Don't forget, you get 30 Days to try our First To Visit™ Referral Marketing System ABSOLUTELY FREE. There's no risk and you can cancel anytime without penalty.
  5. Once these items are complete, you are ready to create a New Home Presentation. We have a handy form on our website that you can print and use to request a testimonial from your clients. Due to privacy laws, it also includes a paragraph authorizing you to post their information on the Presentation (required).
  6. You begin a custom New Home Presentation by first choosing the background color and music from a list. Then, you upload the pictures of the homeowner's new home, create personal captions for the slideshow, and add one of the most important elements, the testimonial. You choose the lender and builder (if applicable) and the community locations relative to your new homeowner. That's it! Now you are ready to reach the homeowner's sphere of influence!
  7. Remember to sign the guestbook then use our impressive email template to send your clients the email providing the link to their personal New Home Presentation! Encourage your clients to forward the link on to their friends.

Once you have your profile and the profile for your affiliates, you won't need to enter their information again when you create another New Home Presentation. They are saved with your account. You can save up to 30 Presentations!

Added Bonus
We also suggest that you add a First To Visit™ link to your website. You can have it show your own custom Demo Presentation. The link will provide your buyers with a Demo Presentation that will display the kind of professionalism that is expected from top producers. Click here to learn more.
